Thanks, Karl. I hope you don't mind, but I gave you a shout in the front. It said 'special thanks to Karl Whitney for coming to Norwich, doing 15,000 Chuckle Brothers impersonations, and staying up all night drinking with me while we speculated on the absence of photographs of the Queen when she was pregnant'. Or it just said 'Karl Whitney'. I can't remember which one it was now.
