It seems hard to believe. You guys have the most amazing array of things to do (in terms of the arts, music, et cetera).Then again... what do you think?
That they all cost loads and mask the shabbiness of the way in which we relate socially! Seriously, though, we do have a comparatively well-maintained and supported 'cultural sector'. I don't feel entirely equipped to remark on the pros and cons of this, both in terms of government interventionalism itself and how these facilities are actually used: Chris blogs about this very well, and perhaps he might like to play deus ex machina here.
